This is a short diagnostic tool to help you understand how leadership is currently functioning around you, and which pattern you're operating in.

In 5 minutes or less, you’ll discover:

  • The leadership pattern currently shaping your experience

  • What this pattern tends to create over time if nothing changes

  • Some practical next steps to move forward

This isn’t a test, and there’s no 'good' or 'bad' result.

It’s simply a snapshot of where you are now, designed to help you figure out your options and where to go next.

About this Self Audit

Leadership in Games can often feel exciting and full of potential, whilst unexpectedly heavy and complex.

Most Game leaders don’t set out to become the centre of that pressure. We’re an Industry built on 'accidental leaders': people who step into responsibility because the work demanded it, or because they were the most senior person in the room, or perhaps someone simply had to be the one to hold it all together when things got chaotic.

We work with leaders who are carrying real delivery pressure and absorbing a lot of conflicting signals about how they should lead. Often, they’re not stuck because they lack talent; it's that the leadership mechanics and system around them haven’t been deliberately designed.

So, most Games Industry leaders aren’t failing. They’re simply operating without a leadership structure that properly supports them.

We designed this Self Audit to help identify which pattern is currently shaping your experience, what this tends to create over time, and importantly - where to go next.

We've worked with over 450 leaders globally, and with studios and teams across the Indie to AAA spaces.
